The ALPHACUTTING product line focuses cutting and sawing as one of the central manufacturing process which is found everywhere in the pre-production, cutting of semi-finished and finished products or in the quality inspection. As a part of the production chain the ALPHACUTTING products have to meet the requirements of precision, speed and efficiency of an automated production.
The high-tech cutting with abrasive cutting wheels, developed by ALPHAMATIC, provides excellent abrasion and cut solutions at very short separating times. It is optimal for material which causes technical problems for the traditional sawing or which is simply uneconomical to separate with sawing wheels.
